Each recording becomes a session with a timestamped transcript, a short summary, the decisions made and suggested to-dos. You can search everything you’ve captured, or ask Revaudo AI a question and get an answer that points to the moment it was said.

No. Every ring includes the Starter plan at no cost. Plus and Pro are optional.

Starter includes 300 minutes of transcription and 30 Revaudo AI questions a month, 2 GB of storage, and summaries with suggested to-dos.

Plus is $15.99 a month or $119.99 a year, with 1,200 minutes of transcription, 150 AI questions a month and 10 GB of storage. Pro is $29.99 a month or $239.99 a year, with unlimited transcription (subject to fair use), 300 AI questions a month and 20 GB of storage. Paid plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime.

Your recordings belong to your account and aren’t shared with other users. To transcribe and summarize them, Revaudo sends audio and text to its AI providers, OpenAI and Anthropic, which process it on our behalf. Nothing is sent until you turn on AI processing in the app, and you can turn it off anytime.

Yes. You can export a session’s transcript and summary, or delete a recording, at any time in the app.
